TRADE TERMS
Shipping to an address in Denmark:
Purchases below 2,999 DKK: shipping cost is 550 DKK.
Purchases between 3,000–19,999 DKK: shipping cost is 750 DKK.
Purchases above 25,000 DKK: Free shipping.
Call & Collect is also available free of charge — please contact us to arrange.
The shipping cost covers special made wrapping for artworks and the cost of shipping.
Books & catalogues: 220 DKK (flat rate).
Carrier-calculated rates via Shipmondo apply for all other items. Rates are based on weight:
Purchases below 4 KG (weight): Shipping cost from 550 DKK.
Purchases between 4–10 KG (weight): Shipping cost from 999 DKK.
Purchases between 10–20 KG (weight): Shipping cost from 1,499 DKK.
Purchases between 20–30 KG (weight): Shipping cost from 2,499 DKK.
Purchases above 30 KG (weight): Please contact us regarding shipping cost. The shipping cost will be paid separately.
International shipping includes special customised transportation box and international courier service (primarily UPS, DHL, FedEx).
Approximate shipping time from door to door:
Europe: 4–6 working days.
Asia and US: 5–10 working days.
Price Disclaimer:
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, mistakes happen. In the event of an incorrect price on a quote or order, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept the corrected price or cancel the order.
Payment:
Egelundshop.com accepts payments with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, Diner, Discover, MobilePay, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Payment will be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.
We use QUICKPAY payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that it is not possible to read your information, which is your guarantee as a customer against abuse and fraud.
We only register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.
Cancellation:
Customers have a 14-day right of cancellation from the delivery date. If you want to cancel your purchase at Egelundshop.com, please notify us of your cancellation within 3 days from the date of delivery. The customer must then return the item within 14 days of this notification in order for the right of cancellation to apply. The customer is responsible for booking and paying the return transportation.
Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded — minus a handling fee of DKK 75 — to your account within a few days.
Refunds:
If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Copyright:
The Danish copyright law protects all content at egelundshop.com such as logo and image material. The content may not be copied, reproduced or published in any form without the written consent of Egelundshop.com/Galleri Christoffer Egelund.
Reservations:
Subject to any typographical errors and no guarantee that all images reproduce the products exactly in relation to the actual appearance of the products. Egelundshop.com reserves the right to adjust prices and any obvious price errors.
Force majeure: Egelundshop.com is exempted from penalty for failure to comply with certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due to force majeure, as described below.
Force majeure is considered to include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, professional conflicts, blockade, fire, flood, tampering, major accident or natural disaster. Force majeure also implies administrative decisions that affect the market negatively, such as restrictions, warnings, prohibition of sales, abnormal decline in the market or if the company is exposed to criminal activity.
The mentioned conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements have been entered into between you as buyer and Egelundshop.com.
You must be above 18 years old to shop at Egelundshop.com. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the consent of your parents.
